Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years in engineering.
• Experience leading product development projects in regulated environments (ISO 9000/13485).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and cross-functional project engineering to define scopes and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans to meet quality and schedule commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate system solution development (DFM/DFS).
• Track progress and provide regular management updates.
• Engage with customers, advisors, suppliers, and partners as a SME on design controls.
• Manage project OPEX and CAPEX; ensure on-site delivery of programs.
