Qualifications

• Over 2 years of project engineering experience with 3+ technical associates.
• 2+ years leading product development in ISO 9000/13485 or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple technical disciplines and systems.
• Financial acumen to manage project budgets and CAPEX.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and cross-functional project engineering to meet quality and schedule commitments.
• Develop project scopes, objectives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to accelerate system solutions (DFM, DFS).
• Track progress and report to management.
• Engage with customers, advisors, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage project OPEX and CAPEX.
• Serve as SME on engineering change and design control.
• Perform other duties to meet company goals.
