Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Six sigma and/or Lean manufacturing principles.
• ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Intermediate Proficiency of MS Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and implement manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Lead project management: define goals, allocate resources, provide status updates.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and products.
• Respond to electrical and mechanical failures and breakdowns.
• Research and implement opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to keep SOPs accurate and current.
• Train technicians in procedures and processes; document SOPs.
