Ferrovial Webber Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on large utility-scale renewables projects. You will supervise inspectors, define ITPs, and ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and quality standards.

Your role includes maintaining documentation, leading audits, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality energy solutions on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Advanced training or certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Quality Leadership: serve as the on-site authority for all quality matters and coordinate with EPC quality, construction, subcontractors, and client.
• Inspection and Testing: define and implement inspection and testing plans (ITP) for procurement, construction, and commissioning; oversee field inspectors and material testing.
• Ensure project compliance with specifications and applicable codes such as NEC, IEEE.
• Compliance and Documentation: maintain quality documentation, NCRs, punch lists, turnover packages, and corrective actions.
• Vendor and Contractor Oversight: evaluate suppliers/contractors based on quality criteria and monitor performance.
• Team Management: supervise site quality inspectors and provide on-site training on procedures and standards.
• Auditing and Reporting: conduct internal audits, support third-party audits, and report performance to management.
