Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for large utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will supervise inspection plans, coordinate with construction teams and clients, and ensure compliance with SSQP, EPC standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and maintain the Quality Management System, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience managing teams and third-party inspections on active construction sites.
• Certifications in quality management (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site authority for all quality matters.
• Coordinate quality plans, inspections, and testing plans (ITP) across project phases.
• Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor QA/QC performance.
• Provide on-site training and lead internal quality audits.
• Prepare quality performance reports for management.
