Job summary

Custom Hoists, a Standex International Company, is seeking a Quality & Environmental ESG Coordinator at our Hayesville, OH site. This full-time, salary-exempt, on-site role will lead quality assurance and environmental compliance, driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will manage audits, KPI tracking, supplier qualification, and ESG initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 and RoHS/REACH standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing quality experience
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and audits
• Experience applying environmental compliance regulations (EPA)

Responsibilities

• Lead quality & ESG improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System and inspection controls
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 and ESG compliance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain on quality planning tools
• Support ESG reporting and regulatory documentation
