Job summary

Standex International Corporation seeks a Quality & Environmental ESG Coordinator to lead quality assurance and environmental compliance across manufacturing. The role drives continuous improvement in quality and ESG programs, including audits and regulatory adherence, at our Hayesville, Ohio facility and globally with our Tianjin site.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain on control plans, PPAP, FAI, and KPI reporting, while ensuring compliance with RoHS, REACH,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality role.
• 2+ years’ experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and audit processes.
• Proven environmental compliance experience (EPA).
• Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic cylinder systems and fluid powered products.
• Proven track record leading ESG initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and ESG compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems with audits and updates.
• Lead internal and external audits to drive improvements.
• Support ESG compliance including RoHS, REACH, IMDS, Prop 65 and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain on quality planning tools.
