Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment seeks a Quality Control Documentation Specialist for its Williston, VT-based client. This on-site role focuses on compiling, reviewing, and validating customer-order documentation in collaboration with production, quality, customers, and inspectors.

The ideal candidate will ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before product delivery, with occasional production-floor interaction. Local candidates in the Burlington–Montpelier area are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control and documentation within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with technical documentation, compliance records, or manufacturing documentation packages.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and record documentation requirements for customer orders based on internal quality control instructions.
• Compile and organize all required documentation throughout the production process, including test reports, inspection reports, and certificates of conformity.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all documentation prior to shipment.
• Proactively follow up with internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentation.
• Interface with customer representatives and third-party inspectors during onsite inspections to ensure documentation compliance.
