Responsibilities

  • Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and processes.
  • Participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • Conduct investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address quality issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate closure of nonconformance records.
  • Create standard work and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Review and approve documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Coordinate creation of Product Release/CoC documentation for timely product release.
  • Assist in calibrations coordination to ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated.
  • Perform any other function as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Specialist I will be responsible for supporting the company's quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role will require strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and processes.
