Job summary

Robinson Construction seeks an On-Site Quality Control Inspector – CWI to provide oversight of project site QC activities for self-performed work and monitor subcontracted work. You will inspect weld quality and workmanship to ensure conformance with specifications.

The role requires strong knowledge of codes, five years of construction QC experience, and the ability to coordinate with project teams and regulatory inspectors. Robinson Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of QC/QA construction experience on similar projects.
• Knowledge of codes (ACI, ICC, AWS, ASME) and inspection principles.
• CWI and/or ICC S2 preferred; familiarity with structural weld inspection and NDE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-perform and subcontracted work to ensure code conformance.
• Inspect welds and perform QC tasks per project plans and specs.
• Coordinate inspections with city/state agencies and third-party inspectors.
