Qualifications

• Some knowledge of QA is preferred.

• Training and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the QA system and procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits and CAPA management.
• Track and report QA metrics for the site.
• Monitor training and development of site associates for compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for QA-related issues.
• Collaborate with QA management on reports and insights.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met daily.
• Maintain customer service and business standards.
• Plan, conduct, and act on inspection processes daily.
• Supervise and train hourly QA staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned
