Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma with 8+ years, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Military/DoD familiarity with US DoD IPS elements.
• Technical background in turbine engine systems and sustainment processes.
• Minimum 6 years related experience, incl. 4 years DoD/military industry.
• On-site full-time work at Cincinnati, OH for ~1 year prior to relocation.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.
• Must be US citizen or eligible for export-controlled access; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training and security prep for deployment.
• Shadow engine assembly teams to learn propulsion system design and manufacture.
• Collaborate across GE Aerospace and Edison Works with engineering and product support.
• Understand IPS and on-site sustainment planning with customer needs.
• Assist in maintenance training plan development.
• Develop knowledge of propulsion system support equipment.
• Learn and apply technical manuals and procedures for field work.
• Work with Maintainability, Reliability, Safety, etc. for sustainment readiness.
• Provide progress updates using cadence and reporting.
• Relocate to customer site as on-site propulsion expert.
