Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in Miramar, FL is seeking an on-site Property Manager Assistant to support daily property operations at Miramar Lakes. You will assist the Property Manager, handle leasing processes, and coordinate maintenance and vendor activities to ensure a well-managed community.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1–2 years in leasing or operations, and basic bookkeeping. This is an on-site, full-time role with emphasis on compliance, resident services, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-2 years of required experience in Leasing, Bookkeeping, or Operations.
• Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available; this is a fully on-site role.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with general administration and daily operations.
• Supports on-site property management software use and staff training.
• Manages leasing, applications, security deposits and rent collections.
• Performs move-in/move-out inspections and ensures market readiness.
• Prepares purchase orders and processes vendor invoices for payment.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with Corporate Office as needed.
