Granite in Blacksburg, VA seeks an Operations Specialist to support the Operations Manager in daily operations for the local market. You will coordinate vendors, turns, inspections, lease-compliance follow-up, resident communications, invoices, and records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

This on-site role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving, with responsibilities spanning vendor management, inspections, and administrative duties across the team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management, facilities coordination, vendor coordination, or related operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager with daily execution and administration of operations for an assigned market.
• Coordinate vendors, turns, inspections, lease-compliance follow-up, resident communications, invoices, and records.
• Prepare routine reports and updates on turns, inspections, vendor activity, lease-compliance, invoices, and issues.
• Escalate delays, quality concerns, and risks promptly.
