Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies with outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Open/close office, petty cash, deposits, reporting.
