West Coast Self-Storage Group in Kent, WA is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for a full-time schedule (Sat-Wed, off Thurs/Fri) from 9:15am to 6:00pm. The role emphasizes retail sales, customer service, and growth within our career path.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail sales and customer service, can work independently, and is comfortable handling cash, leasing processes, and day-to-day office tasks while upholding our spotless property standards.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience required.
• Able to self-manage and meet team objectives.
• Weekend and some holidays work required.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and web inquiries.
• Manage cash drawer and petty cash; balance daily.
• Perform general office tasks and maintain customer accounts.
• Keep property clean and up to West Coast’s standards.
