Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with retail and customer service background. This role grows within our career path and reports with a schedule Tue-Sat, 9:45am-6:15pm.

You will show units, guide leasing, manage cash, and maintain property standards while delivering exceptional service to customers in person, by phone, and online.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to meet objectives.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Perform general office tasks and handle mail and deliveries.
• Maintain property to Clean & Ops standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units.
