Mission Rock Residential is seeking a dedicated Property Manager in San Francisco, CA. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead a resident-focused team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a strong background in property management, Fair Housing knowledge, and on-site leasing experience, with an emphasis on communication and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certification in Property Management or Resident Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing principles.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site leasing or assistant management experience; supervisory experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and aim to enhance property value.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and online presence to achieve high resident surveys and reviews.
• Enforce community policies in line with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure adherence to procedures and efficient workflows.
