Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect units, amenities and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion (24–48 hours).
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections per California laws.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Cal/OSHA.
