Basis Industrial is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee multi-tenant assets on-site, leveraging Yardi for accurate reporting and tenant communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on portfolio management experience and can work directly with tenants to maintain optimal operations.

Responsibilities include rent collection, renewals, and coordinating with vendors. A Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of asset management are required, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of multi-tenant asset management experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rent roll, delinquency, and occupancy data in Yardi.
• Prepare monthly reports and share with executive team.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to maximize asset performance.
• Collect rent, oversee renewals, and manage insurance certificates.
• Address tenant issues and ensure lease compliance.
