Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of multi-tenant asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants pay in-full and on time.
• Pull delinquency reports from Yardi weekly.
• Maintain up-to-date rent roll and security deposits.
• Coordinate with accounting for postings and trust documents.
• Oversee daily Yardi updates and tenant-related issues.
• Monitor and track tenant insurance requirements.
• Work with third-party providers to maximize asset performance.
