The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management, LIHTC experience, and strong contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management or related real estate field.
• Recent LIHTC experience required.
• Proficient in managing multiple properties and coordinating contractors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property managers to maintain leasing, maintenance, and compliance.
• Coordinate training with Director of Property Management.
• Oversee contractor relationships and CAPEX projects.
• Monitor rent roll and drive occupancy while reducing delinquencies.
• Ensure marketing is established and maintained per standards.
