Morgan Properties seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction at our Alabama community. You’ll drive financial performance, supervise on-site staff, and ensure a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and certifications like ARM/CAM/CAPS/MPM/RMP are a plus. You’ll lead marketing efforts, maintain occupancy targets, and ensure compliance with Fair

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, if traveling between properties.
• Proven experience in monitoring financial statements and occupancy goals.
• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage on-site personnel.
• Meet financial targets by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Maintain 95% occupancy and assist with leasing/renewals.
• Oversee maintenance operations and capital improvements.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents.
