Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• CAM/ARM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations and staff in cost-effective manner.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Maintain occupancy levels according to budget.
• Hire staff, manage performance and address employee relations.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities and maintain occupancy targets.
• Supervise maintenance, landscaping, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
