The role requires 4+ years in sales and customer service with leadership in property management; familiar with Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent or Salesforce; typical hours Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 to 6:30 with some seasonal

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in sales, customer service, and business operations.
• At least 2 years leading property-management teams.
• 2–4 years leading teams in fast-paced sales environments.
• Proven mentoring, coaching, and development ability.
• Strong use of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Understanding of budgets and financial reporting.
