What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business operations, preferably in property management or a related industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management
• 2 to 4 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop diverse teams
• Demonstrated success using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results
• General understanding of budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics
• Experience with property management systems and business tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, typically Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (hours may vary based on community needs and seasonality)
