Job summary

RESICAP is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to oversee our designated community and deliver outstanding service from day one. You’ll handle leasing, tours, renewals, and maintenance coordination while ensuring compliance and strong resident relations.

The ideal candidate holds a State Real Estate license, 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience, and a business/real estate degree. This field-based role requires reliable transportation and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for state of residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience in multi-family or single-family housing.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business/Real Estate or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead, greet prospects, and present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Maintain properties and spaces per brand standards through inspections and turn cleans.
• Provide exceptional resident service including move-ins/outs and issue resolution.
• Manage past-due balances and address maintenance concerns.
• Achieve occupancy targets, renewals, and overall property performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement matters.
• Use CRM and PM tools to track records and marketing tasks.
