Job summary

RESICAP’s ResiHome division seeks an On-Site Property Manager in Tampa, FL. You’ll be the first contact for residents, oversee property and team operations, and drive leasing activity and outstanding service from day one.

The candidate will conduct tours, process applications, maintain property standards, resolve issues, and manage renewals while ensuring compliance with housing and landlord laws. This is a field-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required.
• 3–5 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide applicants through leasing and applications.
• Ensure properties and common spaces meet brand standards.
• Provide exceptional resident service including move-ins/outs.
• Manage past-due balances and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement.
• Utilize CRM and property management tools to track prospects and marketing tasks.
