Job summary

RESICAP is seeking an On‑Site Property Manager in Macon, GA. You will be the first point of contact for residents, lead property and team activities, and ensure high service levels from day one.

The role involves on‑site visits, leasing responsibilities, and building relationships within your community. Required is an active State Real Estate License and 3–5 years in leasing or property management, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for State of Residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site representative greeting prospects and presenting home features.
• Conduct home tours and guide applicants through leasing and application process.
• Manage maintenance and past‑due balances for residents.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement and record keeping.
