RESICAP is seeking an On-Site Property Manager in Madison, AL. You will be the first contact for residents, manage leasing, and oversee property operations across your market.

This field-based role requires an active real estate license for the state, 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience, and strong customer service skills. You will visit properties on-site, coordinate with teams, and ensure high standards across communities.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required.
• 3–5 years leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM and property management tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead, greet prospects and present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Ensure homes and community spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service for move-ins/outs and on-site needs.
• Manage past-due balances and address resident maintenance concerns.
• Aim to improve occupancy, renewals, and overall property performance.
