Resicap Payroll, Llc is seeking an On-Site Property Manager in Madison, AL. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, overseeing property and team activities within your market and ensuring top-notch service from day one.

The role requires an active State Real Estate License and 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience, with a focus on occupancy, renewals, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience.
• State Real Estate License required for State of Residence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead on-site representative, greet prospects, present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Ensure homes and community spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during move-ins/outs and address on-site needs.
• Manage past-due balances and resident maintenance concerns.
• Aim to optimize occupancy, renewals, and overall property performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state landlord/tenant laws.
