Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for The Greens at Ridings Apartments in Molalla, Oregon. This on-site role oversees day-to-day operations including leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with compensation of $24-$26 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, retirement options, PTO, 15 holidays, and more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Conduct core business processes including leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, AR and AP.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy in line with site goals as established by supervisor.
• Manage tenant files for Move In/Out and Annual Recertification per policy.
