Job summary

Viridian Management is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Molalla, OR. This on-site leadership role covers leasing, recertification, tenant relations, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, fair housing practices.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with compensation of $24-26/hour DOE. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, and more.

• Manage tenant files for Move In/Out and Annual Recertification.
