Trinity Property Consultants in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Property Manager to run a property like your own business, driving NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and report to regional leadership while developing staff.

This role requires 1–3 years' experience, a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Yardi/Entrata; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, or RMP are a plus.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance for quality and compliance.
• Lead on-site team with coaching and accountability.
