Job summary

Trinity Partners is seeking a proactive Property Manager for our Atlanta, GA office. You will manage properties for owners and tenants, ensure excellent service, and support the Senior Property Manager with budgeting and operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial property management experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and supervisory experience. Knowledge of property management software and CPM/RPA designation are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experienced supervisor.
• RPA or CPM designation is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Property Management Software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties for owners in line with Trinity Partners standards.
• Deliver highest level of client service to owners and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with owners, tenants and Senior Property Manager.
• Prepare annual property business plans.
• Oversee financial performance and budget management.
• Coordinate leases, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Monitor tenant retention and renewal timing.
• Supervise on-site staff and provide training feedback.
• Ensure life safety and emergency procedures are in place.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects and vendor services.
