The Domain Companies in the Bronx seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead a stabilized two-building, mixed-income community in Mott Haven. You will oversee on-site staff, collections, leasing conversations, and resident relations, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or real estate, 4+ years in property management, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business admin or real estate).
• 4+ years property management experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience with multi-family properties and local housing laws.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage on-site team (APM, Maintenance Manager, Leasing).
• Oversee resident collections and legal arrears process including housing court calendars.
• Oversee leasing activities and maintain relationships with the Administrative Agent for affordable units.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, property performance and resident relations.
• Establish relationships with residents, vendors, community leaders, and city agencies.
• Lead and develop direct reports and ensure alignment with business objectives.
