Domain Cos Management LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a stabilized, mixed-income two-building community in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. You will manage the on-site team, own collections, and oversee leasing and budgeting to deliver a high-quality resident experience.

The role requires calm, empathy, and strong communication to handle conflicts and drive performance while building partnerships with residents, vendors, and city agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or real estate.
• Minimum of 4 years of property management experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience with multi-family repairs, maintenance, mechanicals, and Local Laws.
• Experience with regulatory agencies; affordable housing.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage the on-site team (Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, Leasing).
• Own resident collections and delinquency management, including housing court coordination.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, property management, and resident relations.
• Oversee leasing and relationships with the Administrative Agent for affordable unit re-rentals.
