Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community.
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing resident concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal are upheld.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately.
• Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings.
