Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Silver Gardens, a 202-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily on-site operations and ensure occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. Dominium offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualificações

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
