Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Vinewood, a 200-unit apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident relations.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, meeting budget goals, training site personnel, and fostering positive community relationships. You may be on-call as scheduled by management and assist with overall operations.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
