Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Dallas property Silver Gardens, a 202-unit community.

You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, focusing on occupancy, resident relations, and staff guidance; you may be on-call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
