Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager at Matlock Flats, a 192-unit community in Arlington, TX, to support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident relations.

You will help maintain occupancy, meet budgeted goals, train site staff, and ensure excellent customer service while fostering a positive community atmosphere. Evening or weekend work may be required.

This hands-on role offers growth opportunities within a nationwide affordable housing platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
