Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Silver Gardens, a 202-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and maintaining occupancy at or near budgeted goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, strong customer service skills, and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends. Yardi experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate properties preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
