Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 51-unit apartment community.
• Process applications, screen applicants, and verify landlord references.
• Prepare leases, rules, and required documentation.
• Manage tenant certifications and re-certifications; conduct move-ins/outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits; enforce lease and policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards and curb appeal.
• Market vacant units and respond to emergencies; follow company policies.
