Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer aptitude and ability to use property management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Prior property management experience is preferred.
• Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one residential property.
• Maintain tenant relations and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
