Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one residential property.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate maintenance.
• Enforce lease agreements and handle budget prep and expenses.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Lead a team of employees and vendors per standards.
• Submit reports to Regional Property Manager and attend trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
