Sympatico Real Estate Inc in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, and porter duties across a portfolio of commercial properties.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-service oriented, and committed to clean, safe, and well-presented properties. Training is available for the right candidate who is dependable and eager to learn.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and basic technical documentation.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC tasks within scope.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable including sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances.
• Assist with property walks to identify cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal concerns.
• Support management in maintaining safety and overall property presentation.
