Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for St. James in West Palm Beach. The role is full-time and involves hands-on maintenance of offices and exterior areas, including electrical work, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.

You will perform preventative maintenance, document findings, and assist with groundskeeping as needed. The ideal candidate has a minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience and an EPA or CFC certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years hands-on apartment maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• EPA or CFC certification required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of offices and interior/exterior areas.
• Install and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and document findings in maintenance log.
• Respond to on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist with groundskeeping and keeping common areas clean and safe.
