AMC ACQUISITIONS LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance staff at Blue Ridge Apartments in Kingsport, TN. The role involves supervising daily maintenance tasks, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring safe, well-maintained living spaces.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, monitor systems, and coordinate with contractors while upholding company safety and service standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required with 1–3 years related maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and word processing.
• HVAC certification and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Read and comprehend maintenance manuals and service bulletins to repair or replace components.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments, including painting and cleaning.
• Assist in monitoring work by outside contractors.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance responses.
• Maintain building systems and report unusual occurrences to the Property Manager.
• Train new maintenance staff and assist with performance reviews.
