Job summary

AMC ACQUISITIONS LLC in Kingsport, TN is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations of Blue Ridge Apartments and related assets. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university or job-related experience preferred.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training.
• Literacy in English including reading.

Responsibilities

• Travels and works from site offices, inspects field operations, reviews reports and determines occupancy progress.
• Administers company policies related to regulation, marketing, operations, safety, and property maintenance.
• Reviews budgets with subordinate managers and ensures expenditures align with budgets.
• Maintains property by addressing resident complaints, lease paperwork, renewals, and maintenance.
• Creates marketing plans and attracts residents through advertising and referrals.
• Contracts with residents by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
• Ensures compliance with policies and documents, and prepares reports analyzing data and trends.
